 December 9th - Added more audio to VentMedia (including some full versions and demos). The featured track "When Will We Learn" is now in Real Audio format, as is everything else.  Moved to a different server...now at fortune city, but the address is the still same :::ventnet.cjb.net:::. We've just got more space until we purchase a domain... |
December 5th - Updated the Up-and-Coming Bands section (sorry it took so long...). This band was featured on MTV's Ultimate Cover Band contest not too long away. Driver, formerly known as Strangers With Candy, are now signed and preparing to get into the studio to record their debut album. Check out their song, "Perfect" from their independant release, "No Need"

Unfornuately, I won't be able to make it down to Cali for Vent's performance b/c of my professors... :o(, but those who are attending the show, if you wouldn't mind, send in your reveiw of the show so that others will benefit.

November 26th - ***Because of limited space on VentNet's free server, Tripod, the site might have to find a new server until we purchase a domain. The only way we can stay on is if we take down the multimedia and a bunch of pictures, which I would never do.***
Added a voice chat feature in the Why Don't You Vent? section. Up to 20 of you Vent fans can chat at once.
Since the live "Looking Down" video isn't availiable b/c of the link to the official site being down, I will have a streaming Real Video video up tomorrow...it's a bunch of live pics that change as you groove to "Looking Down".
A lot of you have noticed that the official site is down/or has been removed. If the site does return, we will let you know.
VentNet would like to welcome a new member of the team, Kasumi. She will be helping in the development of the site and in the transformation of VentNet as we move to our own domain. More info will be up on Kasumi, but until then, fellow VENT fans are free to contact her.
My friend Katherine is in the process of setting up a opening page that will kick, so once it is complete, ventnet.cjb.net will take you directly to the opener and from there you can access the site.
